Unlike a traditional personal trainer, an online trainer is not forced to trade time for money (again, a disastrous model from the very beginning). 


This means—among other things—that she is able to scale and help more people in a more efficient manner.


And in a larger number of ways—none of which include standing there counting reps and watching the clock for an hourly wage.

COMMUNICATION: ACCOUNTABILITY AND MOTIVATION


While online training may involve more self-motivation, your trainer is just a click away.


And if your online trainer is a good one, they’ll be messaging you often to check in on your progress and making sure that you are sticking to the plan during those other 23 hours, outside the gym.


Why? Because an OUTCOME and RESULTS are what you’re paying them for—NOT just for one hour of their time in the gym daily.
